We have an exciting new opportunity for a Communications Assistant to join the Young Lives team, based at the Oxford Department of International Development.

Reporting to the Young Lives Communications Manager you will work closely together to provide communications support across Young Lives projects. This will including leading on communications for a new 1-year project funded through the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) as well as working closely with the Communications Manager to deliver communications support and outputs related to two International Development Research Centre (IDRC) funded projects on child marriage and parenthood, in which Young Lives plays a leading role. In addition, you will support the Communications Manager to provide broad communications support across Young Lives projects, to promote and raise the profile of Young Lives research findings, policy advice and methodological learning to key audiences through a wide range of communications and networking channels. You must have the ability and enthusiasm to proactively manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload and work to deadlines.
