Brief biography

Anne-Charlotte joined Young Lives in March 2019, as the Finance & Programme Administrator and became the Programme Officer in February 2020.

In her role Anne-Charlotte supports Young Lives' financial reporting and monitoring processes, co-ordinates general administration across the Young Lives team in Oxford and manages systems to disseminate, retrieve and monitor Young Lives activities, outputs and impacts. She works closely with the Programme Manager and Communications Manager and brings strong technical, digital and organisational skills to the role in addition to her experience in financial systems.

Anne-Charlotte holds a BSc in Maths and Physics, as well as a MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a MSc in Innovative Project Management, from two French “Grande écoles”.  Between her BSc and first MSc, Anne-Charlotte travelled and worked as a Social Impact Specialist for social businesses, NGOs and company foundations in Tanzania, Ghana, Indonesia, Nepal, Turkey and Brazil. This experience inspired her to grow her career in the international development sector.
