Brief biography
Vanessa has a Masters in Political Science and Government and a degree in Anthropology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Her work has focused on the anthropology of education and childhood, addressing issues of educational transitions, child welfare, educational quality and power relations. Vanessa has worked on the qualitative component of the Young Lives study since 2007.
