Kiem joined Young Lives Vietnam in round 4 (2013). He is responsible for directing all activities related to Young Lives surveys in Vietnam. He is an officer at the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (GSO), and has experience in many nation-wide surveys such as the Vietnam Household Living Standards Survey, Mics Survey, Global Tobacco Survey, National Survey on Domestic Violence.
