We are seeking a Senior Education Researcher who will be the Principal Investigator for Young Lives research funded by Echidna Giving, focusing on the child, household, school and community factors that shape gender-based differences in skills development, training and education. The research will analyse whether, when and why gender inequalities arise and what the related labour market and other outcomes are for young men and young women.

Reporting to the Young Lives Director, the Senior Researcher will conduct analysis and policy-related research using Young Lives mixed methods longitudinal data, author papers and articles for publication, and represent Young Lives in academic and policy events.

The post is fixed-term until 31 August 2020 and we are looking for applicants who wish to work full- or part-time (including potential for job sharing opportunities).
