Young Lives has tracked 12,000 children across Ethiopia, Peru, India, and Vietnam. 20 years on, we are faced with a world of ever-growing inequality in the midst of a global pandemic. Our vision is to track a new "Covid-generation" through a time of unprecedented global crisis.

We've shown that the first 1000 days of life are crucial, and that policy plays a huge part in shaping the future. Young Lives' timely and high-quality research continues to inform policy and influence national and international changemakers. Young Lives is committed to protecting the future of 20,000 babies born during the pandemic to amplify the voices and experiences of families, thereby improving children's lives and securing the future for a new generation of children.

Join our Director Dr. Catherine Porter for a brief introduction.
