Penny has over a decade of experience in communications, with a background in higher education. She joined the University of Oxford in 2018, initially working at Kellogg College before becoming part of the Young Lives team in 2024.
As Acting Head of Communications, Penny supports the delivery and impact of Young Lives' unique longitudinal study and is responsible for managing all aspects of Young Lives' internal and external communications. Her work includes producing the newsletter, managing the website, social media accounts, publications production, media relations, and the promotion of events.
